Our services are designed for both transparency and convenience, with a minimum labor charge of $12.00 to ensure affordability. Additionally, all workshop jobs come with quoted prices beforehand, emphasising fair pricing and eliminating surprises.

FAQs

Do you service electric bikes?

We only service electric bikes that we sell. Due to how many different manufacturers of e-bike there are, the difficulty in obtaining parts and the complexity of e-bikes hardware, we're only able to service those that we know and stock.

If I'm stuck on the side of the road with a flat, can you pick me up and fix it?

Yes, we can help out in an emergency. Just give us a call.

How much do you charge to fix my bike?

How long is a piece of string? In all seriousness, we can fix almost any bike but whether or not it's economically viable to do so is another question. Give us a call, explain the issue and we can usually give you a fairly accurate quote over the phone. For a more accurate quote, bring the bike into the shop so we can see what we're dealing with.

Do you do electric bike conversions?

No.

Do I need to book in to have my bike serviced?

Yes. We really appreciate having a little notice that you need a bike serviced. That said, if you want to just drop it off and let us get stuck into the repair at the next workshop opening, we can do that also.

Can you change a tyre of tube for me on the spot?

Yes! However, there may be times when our workshop crew are busy dealing with other customers and there may be a short wait.

Do you pickup and deliver bikes?

Yes, for a small fee we can pickup and deliver bikes for servicing.

Do you disassemble bikes for international travel?

Yes, we're able to disassemble your bike for you and we even offer bike bags for hire to get your pride-and-joy safely to it's destination.

I bought a bike off the Internet, 

Yes, for a small fee we would be happy to put your bike together for you.

Can you un-restrict my electric bike?

No.

How long does it take to service a bike?

Generally for a simple service you're looking at 2-3 hours. For anything more intense or requiring parts to be ordered in, we may need the bike for a couple days.

Can you service high-end bikes?

Of course! Combined, our team of mechanics have over 100-years of experience in the industry and can service everything from $20 kids bikes to $50,000 Olympic time-trial bicycles.
