We only service electric bikes that we sell. Due to how many different manufacturers of e-bike there are, the difficulty in obtaining parts and the complexity of e-bikes hardware, we're only able to service those that we know and stock.

How long is a piece of string? In all seriousness, we can fix almost any bike but whether or not it's economically viable to do so is another question. Give us a call, explain the issue and we can usually give you a fairly accurate quote over the phone. For a more accurate quote, bring the bike into the shop so we can see what we're dealing with.

Yes. We really appreciate having a little notice that you need a bike serviced. That said, if you want to just drop it off and let us get stuck into the repair at the next workshop opening, we can do that also.

Yes! However, there may be times when our workshop crew are busy dealing with other customers and there may be a short wait.

Yes, for a small fee we can pick up and deliver bikes for servicing.

Yes, we're able to disassemble your bike for you and we even offer bike bags for hire to get your pride-and-joy safely to its destination.

Yes, for a small fee we would be happy to put your bike together for you.

Generally for a simple service you're looking at 2-3 hours. For anything more intense or requiring parts to be ordered in, we may need the bike for a couple days.
