Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by Currumbin Cycles, located at 1/55 Currumbin Creek Road, Currumbin Waters, Queensland, Australia. The parent company is Nugo Holdings Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway commences at 12:00 pm AEST on 1 August 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 9 October 2025 (“the Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to individuals residing in Australia.
  • Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter.
  • Employees of Currumbin Cycles, Nugo Holdings Pty Ltd, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. Method of Entry

To enter, participants must create an account on the Currumbin Cycles website during the Giveaway Period and provide their first and last name, a valid email address, and a contact phone number. Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize

  • The prize is a $1,000 credit towards the purchase of an Early Rider bicycle available at Currumbin Cycles.
  • The credit is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, store credit, or any other goods or services.
  • The credit cannot be used towards the purchase of any other brand of bicycle or any product other than an Early Rider bicycle.
  • If the selected bicycle has a retail value exceeding $1,000, the winner must pay the difference.
  • If the selected bicycle has a retail value of less than $1,000, no cash refund, store credit, or alternative redemption will be provided for the balance.
  • The prize does not have an expiry date; however, redemption will no longer be possible in the event that Currumbin Cycles ceases trading.

6. Selection of Winner

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
  • The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the Giveaway Period closing.
  • The winner will be notified via phone and/or email using the contact details provided upon entry.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to their name and/or image being used in reasonable publicity material by the Promoter without compensation, including but not limited to social media announcements and marketing materials.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected for the purpose of this giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. Entrants consent to their details being added to the Currumbin Cycles marketing database, from which they may unsubscribe at any time.

9. General Conditions

  • The Promoter’s decision regarding the winner and all aspects of this giveaway is final and binding.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures that may affect entry.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by entrants in connection with the giveaway or the prize.
